Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve management's set monthly sales target and KPI
∎ Visit existing & potential customer on a regular basis
∎ Regular field visits
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients & arrange corporate sales
∎ Identify areas of improvement for seeking out new sales opportunities.
∎ Preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy, business performance, product performance, look for new products in industrial segment.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with existing & potential customers.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report - Handle overall supply chain from sourcing till product reaches end customers
∎ Work with marketing team to develop new & trendy ideas
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management
∎ Candidate must have mentality to work in a startup under pressure.
∎ Knowledge in automobile sector will be prioritised

Additional Requirements:
∎ Negotiation skills, convincing power and good communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multitask
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft office, power point
∎ Interest in automobile sector will be a plus point

Salary:
∎ 12000 tk (During 3 months of probation period).

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly TA/DA, Yearly 2 festive bonus
