∎ Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category.
∎ Designing and implementing strategic plans for categories and products.
∎ Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
∎ Communicate with sales analysts to get required sales information of products and develop sales strategies.
∎ Building and driving relationships with key vendors to improve pricing and quality of services.
∎ Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
∎ Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas and product availability meets demand.
∎ Collaborating with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories
∎ Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ 1+ years of experience as a marketing executive or similar.
∎ Good understanding of Google Analytics and similar media analytics tools.
∎ Experience in a variety of advertising mediums including print, radio, television, film, and social media.
∎ Excellent financial skills and the ability to manage large budgets.
∎ The ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
∎ Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
∎ Strong communication and networking abilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
