∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Prior sales experience in construction materials (especially eco friendly concrete blocks)
∎ Familiar with construction companies and contractors
∎ Familiar with Govt construction works ongoing and future plans.
∎ Ideal background:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively generate new business through field visits to construction sites, building material retailers, contractors, builders, and developers.
∎ Promote and sell OptiBlocks’ range of concrete blocks to both new and existing clients.
∎ Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; consistently follow up on leads.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and building materials industry.
∎ Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide regular updates to management.Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for seamless order processing and timely delivery.
∎ Represent OptiBlocks at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
∎ We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive market presence and boost sales for OptiBlocks’ high-quality concrete block products. This field-based role demands hands-on sales activities, strong client engagement, and achievement of sales targets.
