Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing sales team.
∎ As a B2B Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads,
∎ communicate via social media, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone/texts also visit to client site where necessary. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure innovation & performance in B2B Client hunts through e-Commerce platform.
∎ Conduct faster and uninterrupted communication to inquiries.
∎ Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs) for successful deal with potential Buyers.
∎ Having a buyer pool with all contact details and maintaining regular communication with new arrivals.
∎ Able to prepare comprehensive marketing plan and strategies along with its implementation towards the sales growth.
∎ Continuously improve product and sales knowledge to remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
∎ Candidates have to visit the biggest industrial sector to represent our institution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Fluent in Both Bengali and English.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve target.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
∎ Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated, & aggressive selling attitude
∎ Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
