Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle incoming calls
∎ Welcome, inform and guide to the right person
∎ Stamp and check all incoming samples/documents/courier and ensure it is delivered to the right person
∎ Maintain, record, and update all necessary documentation /reporting related to Administration and office maintenance as per the ways of working
∎ Collect and coordinate with the concerned person for smooth operation and communicate with the agent accordingly
∎ Proceed to a monthly inventory for the request to the Finance and admin manager
∎ Collect quotations regarding office maintenance and submit comparison chart to finance and admin manager
∎ Arrange interview and coordinate with the concerned person for smooth operation

Salary: Negotiable
