∎ 4 years Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from well reputed University.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 05 (five) years of sales experience in Renewable Energy Power System, especially Solar Power
∎ Solar project management experience and capability
∎ An MBA degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
∎ Possess adequate knowledge of electric power generation and distribution system
∎ Demonstrates strong leadership quality, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Exhibits strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
∎ Demonstrates the capability of motivating and inspiring a sales team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing new market segments and clients to expand the company's presence and influence in Renewable Energy, especially Solar Power industry in Bangladesh
∎ To develop and execute strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Solar Power System.
∎ To prepare appropriate marketing materials and promotional plan to increase sales and effectively promote power system control and switchgear products.
∎ To monitor market conditions, competitor products, and pricing trends, adjusting strategies to maximize sales annually.
∎ Nurture relationships with existing customers, comprehending their requirements, and delivering value-added solutions.
∎ To maintain comprehensive records of customer contacts, sales calls, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making and accountability.
∎ Attending relevant government and non-government tenders
∎ Collaborating with all internally and externally to achieve company business goals.
∎ To oversee sales forecasting and compile weekly reports for strategic decision-making, providing insights for effective planning.
∎ To travel locally and regionally to meet customers, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
