Experience:
4 years Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from well reputed University.
3-5 years of experience in technical sales and business development within the Renewable Energy (Solar & BESS)
Practical understanding of solar inverter technologies, battery chemistries, and power conversion systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) or AutoCAD is highly preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills and able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Strategic, analytical, detailed, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
Self-motivated and directed with strong leadership experience.
Job Location: Dhaka (Ready to be travelled to anywhere in Bangladesh/Overseas)
Develop new business opportunities for Solar PV and BESS solutions in industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
Identify, evaluate, and participate in government and private tenders, including preparation of tender documents, bid submissions, and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying client requirements and providing value-added solutions.
Prepare system sizing, SLDs, technical proposals, quotations, and financial analyses (ROI/payback).
Present technical and commercial solutions to customers, consultants, government agencies, and key decision-makers.
Generate sales leads through market research, networking, industry associations, and trade events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, including net-metering and public procurement policies.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery and contract handover.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, tenders, quotations, and business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, management reports, and territory development plans.
Support contract administration, payment collection, and after-sales customer relationship management.
