∎ 4 years B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering Degree from well reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing commercial and technical proposals or quotations according to technical specifications and customer requirements.
∎ Interacts and build effective relationship with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide value added solutions.
∎ Demonstrates and explains the features, advantages and benefits of our products and solutions to the customer.
∎ Completes all the necessary reports to create records of all customer contacts, sales calls and opportunities won and lost.
∎ Develop marketing materials, sales strategies, and promotions to increase sales and promote Construction Equipment Material Handling Equipment and Industrial Machinery.
∎ Monitors market conditions, competitor's products and pricing and forecasts annual sales.
∎ Meets or exceeds minimum required contact (objective based and value added) with all assigned accounts to continue relationships and enhance knowledge of customers' business activity and promote recent advances in the machine industry.
∎ Maintains an accurate customer, activity, and machine population information database.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years' sales experiences of Construction Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, and Industrial Machinery
∎ Effective knowledge and application about Earthmoving and Construction Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, and Industrial Machinery.
∎ Exceptional consulting, assessment, and sales skills
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Should be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
∎ Strategic, analytical, detailed, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
∎ Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
∎ Self-motivated and directed with strong leadership experience.
