∎ Experience managing a sales team effectively.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales management software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within Bangladesh.
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base for wheat flour products.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales goals.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and industrial clients (bakeries, restaurants, etc.).
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
∎ Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare regular sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
∎ Manage sales budgets, expenses, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
∎ Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment and after-sales support.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and product availability.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback and assess market conditions.
∎ Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Job Context: Nipa Flour Mill is a leading name in the food industry, dedicated to producing high-quality wheat flour products. We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to expand our market reach, and drive sales growth for our wheat flour & Bhusi division under Retail Size (01/2 kg) & Bulk Packaging Size (50/70 kg bag). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FMCG sector, specifically with food products, and a deep understanding of the wholesale, retail, and B2B flour market in Bangladesh.
