Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Undergraduate/Graduate)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing various channels.
∎ In depth knowledge and passion about sales.
∎ Increase brand loyalty and find unique selling opportunities.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Provide product recommendations and answer questions about products.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Resolving customers' complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of clothing and apparel.
∎ Experience as a sales representative or sales manager and customer service.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Good typing Skill.
∎ Microsoft Excel.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
