Job Context:
∎ Reporting to: GM Healthcare
∎ Brief outline and Objective
∎ The post holder will be responsible for meeting the monthly/quarterly and annual sales plan of Healthcare Cards and related services.
∎ This person will be accountable for the success of the program and to manage the entire team of executives/deputy managers across all branches in the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assume the accountability of the program in the country and manage the performance of each team and employees within the team across all branches in the country.
∎ Work closely with team leaders and patient care executives in the respective teams and ensure all branches are fully represented, and territory/branch-wise revenue goals are met.
∎ Plan and manage the sales of Healthcare Cards & related services, including target assignment, and track performance and productivity of each team and respective patient care executives.
∎ Ensure market coverage and management of resources across the country.
∎ Manage staffing and team members roster to fully optimize the performance & delivery and also manage peak hour demand.
∎ Prepare and submit operational reports as instructed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience working in a patient-facing (sales/Service) role in any healthcare organization. Minimum 5 years in a team lead role.
∎ Experience in managing a large sales team for spot sales and event sales will be an advantage to be successful in this role.
∎ Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent Communication (error-free, accent-free verbal and written with good body language) skills, IT-friendly (social media operations), and proactive in establishing stakeholders relationship.
∎ Ability & willingness to travel 1-15 days in a month.
