Job Responsibilities:
∎ The postholder will be responsible for generating revenue for Home Care services offered by Labaid Healthcare Platform.
∎ End-to-end responsibility for Strategizing, Planning, and Execution of programs to promote & sell Home Care services offered by the Healthcare Platform.
∎ Be entrepreneurial and continuously look for opportunities to add new value-added services to offer under the Homecare portfolio. Develop operational processes, solve challenges, and be a force multiplier across the teams of branch managers and phlebotomists.
∎ Work in close coordination with the marketing team and facilitate positioning and promotion of Home Care services offered by Labaid Healthcare Platform.
∎ Coordinate with Branch Managers, Patient Service Executives, the Team of Phlebotomists, and other departments to successfully provide services to patients.
∎ Work with various societies, NGOs, and other organizations, including the government, to organize camps and events and plan & execute promotion and publicity for Home Care services offered by the Labaid Healthcare platform.
∎ Compile statistical summaries of customer data to ensure proper detailed evaluation of events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing event sales.
∎ Solid sales performance track individually and through the team.
∎ Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent communication skills (error-free, accent-free), good body language, and pro-active in establishing the relationship.
