Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving individual's monthly/annual sales target
∎ To develop sales plans and budget to achieve the monthly / annual sales targets.
∎ To motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
∎ To manage the sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for Sales team's activities.
∎ Arranging market development programs to boost up the relations and sales.
∎ Well groomed, good interpersonal communication skill and ability to work under sales pressure & in a team.
∎ Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services.
∎ Keeping up-to-date of competitors information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.
∎ Experience managing a high performance sales team.
∎ An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
