∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Manager who has reputed proven Experience in the area of Sales of Construction Raw Material to different organization.
∎ If you do not have Real Estate Sales 10 (ten) Years (s) Experience no need to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. Natural Resource Development Company limited. is a reputed (NRDCL) Wealth and Natural Resource Development looking for smart, dynamic candidate for the post of Sales Manager (Land).
∎ b. Must have 10 (ten) years' experience of sales of construction raw materials to different organization / Mega projects / Housing Projects / Development Project.
∎ c. As sale Manager shall have to fulfill every month's sales target
∎ d. Sales Manager must have knowledge of communication with clients
∎ e. He must be responsible for collect bills from customers.
∎ f. strategy for sales.
∎ g. Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly
∎ h. To visit project with clients and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ i. Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ j. Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ k. Build a strong relationship with the clients.
∎ l. Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ m. Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ n. Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analysis business activities.
∎ o. Visit different organization / work site for developing business / creating new customers.
∎ p. Create sales & marketing reports to top management daily.
∎ q. Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ r. Any other Task assign by the Management.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
