Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
∎ Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands startup's customer base
∎ Hiring and managing staff to run sales and marketing operations
∎ Direct and take part in marketing operations
∎ Giving presentations to potential customers
∎ Prepare marketing materials as needed
∎ Speak to different stakeholders when appropriate to represent our organization
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must work with the sales team and go to customer locations when needed
∎ Willing to work on weekends along with the marketing team
∎ Experience in Real Estate is a plus, but not required
∎ Experience with managing a Sales Team is a plus
∎ Must know how to operate a computer
