Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Drive volume and sales turnover for the distribution house through leading some sales force.
∎ • Drive to achieve monthly turnover & volume targets as given by the Business Manager.
∎ • Split & assign monthly sales target under all routes and timely communicate to sales force.
∎ • Ensure desired numeric Reach & Out of Stock in the market the sales team
∎ • Drive motivation & right performance evaluation of the sales force.
∎ • Identify opportunities & issues to drive business growth through periodic route-plans review and propose required change as needed.
∎ • Ensure right implementation of cycle activities through FF and provide regular progress report to Business Manager.
∎ • Ensure proper practices of safety and security standards.
∎ • Maintain a record on competition activity and ensure monthly update.
∎ • Regular submission of daily sales and other relevant reports on time in full to top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced Motor Cycle Driving Skill

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Profit share, Provident fund, Insurance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
