Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Showroom Sales, responsible for providing reliable, prompt & friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction of the showroom.
∎ Must be creative thinker, hard worker, Planning & organizing the sales goal and promotional activities to ensure sales targets.
∎ Prepare the necessary documents and submit to the management and customers.
∎ Maintain sales volume,
∎ Determine and analyze customer's needs, trends., clarify information and provide solutions
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Report time to time to the management for complicated issues.
∎ Strong Personality & grooming ability.
∎ Good knowledge about computer operating & Microsoft Office Application
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, telephone or emails
∎ Explain features, characteristics and quality of the products to customers.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through excellent customer services.
∎ Any Other Tasks assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Management, retail Sales, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales & Marketing and Good Computer Skills, Good Communication skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skills.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates residing or intending to reside in Khilgaon area.
