Job Context:
∎ RensSoft Solutions Limited is a concern of Doctorkoi- A growing health tech company working in healthcare industry in Dhaka is looking for Sales & Implementation Manager to manage the workforce in the field to meet the day to day clients demands and provide with solid strategy, planning & execution to meet the company`s periodical targets.
∎ HQ Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the sales force on a day to day basis to meet the daily, weekly and monthly goals of the company.
∎ Work closely with the management to set the weekly targets, individual KPI and others targets and convey them to individual team members.
∎ Debrief the sales agents weekly and every day for their respective visits, take reports after each sales visits and help the employees with versatile decisions on the field.
∎ Manage the B2B clients of the company to ensure the smooth client management, manage the relationship and manage the overall projects.
∎ Schedule the sales agents for their day to day visits and ensure that they are following the schedule with hourly, daily updates.
∎ Prepare reporting of the daily sales/implementation visits and update the management accordingly.
∎ Visit individual clients, B2B clients on a regular basis to ensure the quality and accuracy of the work.
∎ Train employees on a regular basis both on field and office to ensure to follow processes and other instructions.
∎ Report & Monitor day to day performance of the Sales & Implementation Executives, share insight with HR Manager, Keep the Sales & Implementation team motivated
∎ Weekly & Monthly Presentation to the Management Team on overall performance of the company's sales and implementation team.
∎ Prepare efficient processes for the sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth day to day operation and understand each clients update very thoroughly and efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 3+ Years of Sales/Field Team Management Experience (Preferable from Pharma or Healthcare Industry)
∎ Self motivated, takes full accountability of work, organized with excellent communication skills.
∎ The candidate must have capabilities to work long work and consistent every shift to maximize the gain in the field.
∎ Also, need to have critical problem solving, analyzing skills, patience and persistence.
∎ Must have solid skills on Microsoft Office and other necessary communication software capabilities.
Salary:
∎ 50-60 K, Sales Commission, Travel Allowance & Meal Allowance, Performance Bonus Salary increment after 6 months, stock options after management analysis.
