∎ Minimum Graduate from a reputed organization. MBA preferred.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The postholder will be responsible for meeting the daily & monthly sales targets of preventive screening & Wellness packages by engaging various residential societies & communities including government offices.
∎ Partner & engage NGOs, societies, etc., and organize camps & events to reach out to the target audience.
∎ Responsible for developing contacts and coordinating with societies, NGOs, event agencies, corporates, and other stakeholders to organize and bring a variety of events to reach out to the target audience.
∎ Responsible to create a solid event sales and venue promotion plan along with the internal team and achieve set revenue targets. Meet and exceed the sales target on a monthly & quarterly basis.
∎ He should be able to work with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to promote the value of preventive health & wellness programs and establish their value for healthy living.
∎ Maintain a professional relationship with Branch managers and work with them in close coordination to achieve the desired business results.
∎ Follow up and communicate with the registered patients to achieve cross-sell, up-sell targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in direct sales in FMCG or event sales companies.
∎ Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent communication skills (error-free, accent-free), good body language, and pro-active in establishing the relationship.
