Key responsibilities:

• Reach out to new potential clients by phone, present our services clearly and persuasively

• Listen to client concerns and match solutions to their needs

• Execute proper follow‑ups, track progress, and push deals toward close

• Close high‑ticket clients and deliver on weekly or monthly targets

• Keep records of calls, follow‑ups, and client status in CRM or tracking sheet

• Collaborate with design or marketing teams to align offers to client requirements

Who should apply:

• Strong telesales experience with high‑ticket deals

• Confident, smart communication in Bangla; able to handle local clients excellently

• Solid follow‑up discipline and deal‑closing mindset

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and graphic design concepts is preferred

• Any online or offline course in sales, marketing, or design is a plus

• Excellent English for international client conversations

• Comfortable handling calls, follow‑ups, and closing in English

• Preference for candidates who can discuss marketing or design in English when needed
