Responsibilities & Context:
- কোম্পানির প্লট, রেডি ফ্ল্যাট ও চলমান প্রজেক্টের বিক্রয় কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা
- ক্রেতার চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সঠিক প্রপার্টি উপস্থাপন ও বিক্রয় নিশ্চিত করা
- আগ্রহী ক্লায়েন্টদের নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা ও অফিসে / সাইটে আসার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা
- দৈনন্দিন বিক্রয় টার্গেট অর্জনে সচেষ্ট থাকা
- ফেসবুক, ফোনকল ও সরাসরি যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে বিক্রয় প্রসার ঘটানো
- ম্যানেজমেন্টের দেয়া নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা
