Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet customers who attend the showroom in a friendly and professional manner and provide first rate customer service.
∎ Ensuring customer service & satisfaction
∎ Provide detailed answers to questions about products, pricings, and details.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, tolerate stress, have discipline and desire to work and gain new knowledge, have politeness and ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitask.
∎ Assist customers face to face, on the telephone and by email with a range of sales and after sales queries.
∎ Actively keep customers up to date regarding their installation, orders and delivery.
∎ Handling customer payments.
∎ Keep the showroom and all work areas clean tidy and free of hazards
∎ Adhere to health and safety protocols.
∎ To undertake any other duties commensurate with the purpose and remit of the post.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 29 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with sale experience will get preference
∎ Must have Basic Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet, Email etc.)
∎ Excellent communication skills (Both Bengali & English)
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Very Good Team player
Salary: Negotiable
