∎ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our natural product retail shop. Our store is dedicated to offering customers high-quality natural products that promote health and well-being. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Your expertise in natural products, coupled with your exceptional sales skills, will contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
∎ Build strong customer relationships and provide personalised product recommendations.
∎ Stay informed about natural products, their benefits, and usage to assist customers.
∎ Conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
∎ Collaborate with the team to coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
∎ Analyse sales data, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
∎ Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure compliance.
∎ Seek partnerships with healthcare practitioners and wellness centres.
∎ Provide ongoing customer support and address concerns promptly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly sales target achievement bonus available.
