∎ We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our agro food company as a Telesales Representative. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue through effective telephone communication with existing and potential customers. Your role will be crucial in expanding our customer base and promoting our diverse range of agro food products.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote and sell our agro food products.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
∎ Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
∎ Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
∎ Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
∎ Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
∎ Effectively manage and update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the company's CRM system.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales campaigns and initiatives.
∎ Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to reach target sell.
∎ English & Bangla. conversational and written ability.
∎ Smart, Energetic and committed to work.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 9500 - 13000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Target achievement bonus available.
