Additional Requirements:

  • Studies and experience in Real Estate Purposes including Interior Design and Decoration will be preferred.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a background in corporate sales, particularly in the INTERIOR DESIGN & DECOR industry with a focus on INTERIOR sales.
  • As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving sales growth in INTERIOR solutions for Flat/Apartments and Commercial Properties, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the INTERIOR/HOUSING market, excellent communication and negotiation SKILL, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibility:

  • Having Experience working in Interior Design, Architectural, and Real Estate Companies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients in the INTERIOR DESING & DECORATION, real estate industry, including developers, investors, property management firms, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and target potential clients, conduct market research, and develop sales strategies to maximize business opportunities specifically related to interior sales for apartments and commercial properties.
  • Present and promote company's interior solutions to clients, including design concepts, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, ensuring alignment with their aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Responsible for managing client relationships.
  • Regular follow-up to the clients.
  • Initiate an action plan to identify potential markets along with new business opportunities.
  • Identify and establish Contact, maintain and develop a good relationship with the client.
  • Responsible for regularly following up with clients and maintaining their records.
  • Ensure and maintain proper records keeping of all activities in the computer.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors' business strategies and updating higher authorities.
  • To find out new ideas to generate business and profit.
  • To share ideas on improving the business with management and other colleagues.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as designers, project managers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of interior sales initiatives and timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to understand their interior needs, address concerns, and provide customized solutions that align with their budget and timeline.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions related to interior design and real estate.

Additional Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the purchase team to align sales and procurement efforts.
  • Participate in industry events, networking activities, and trade shows to promote the company.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Report to the Managing Director & Department of Head on sales activities and results.
  • Sales growth strategy with meeting monthly targets must be resorted to.
