∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly Bicycle sales target.
∎ Generate Daily weekly and monthly sales reports preparation.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Execute all sales & marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
∎ Provide quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Ensure products delivery in time as per sales order.
∎ Plan & facilitate retail sales promotion for retail products.
∎ Increased sales by providing exceptional customer service and establishing quality.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent sales and leadership skill.
∎ Communication Skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer knowledge.
∎ Interest in Bicycle.
∎ Language proficiency: Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
