Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new customers for IT products and solutions
Promote and sell IT hardware, software, and related services
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
Conduct product presentations and explain technical features to customers
Coordinate with technical, support, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
Keep records of sales activities, customer data, and follow-up reports
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Handle corporate, retail, and B2B clients professionally
