The E-commerce Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales platforms. This position requires a creative and analytical professional who can plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage online marketplaces, and ensure strong online brand visibility. The officer will closely work with the sales, design, and product teams to develop strategies that increase online traffic, improve customer engagement, and boost sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
• Manage the company’s e-commerce stores (such as Daraz, Evaly, or company website) including product upload, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Optimize product listings with attractive content, keywords, and images to improve search ranking and sales.
• Coordinate with the design team for promotional banners, videos, and social media content.
• Analyze online traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance using marketing tools and analytics.
• Respond to customer queries and feedback on e-commerce platforms and social media.
• Plan seasonal offers, flash sales, and online campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Maintain regular communication with logistics and inventory teams for order fulfillment and product availability.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and e-commerce strategies.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements to management.
