∎ BestBari Holdings Limited is looking to hire a new Real-Estate Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales and marketing team.

∎ Location and working hours: BestBari`s corporate office is in Tejgaon, Dhaka. The successful candidate will be provided with working desk, laptop, Wi-Fi access and software such as MS Office and in-house CRM.
∎ Working hours: 5 business days per week (Sunday-Thursday 10am-5pm)
∎ Flexible work conditions is offered such as working from home is (max. allowed 2 days per week), however the successful candidate is expected to travel to client sites and property viewings in Dhaka`s premium suburbs e.g. Gulshan, Banani, Bashundhara and occasionally Dhanmondi.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization. Deal with clients and provide them project information over the telephone.
∎ Regular following-up clients and maintain their records on the computer and dealing In-house client.
∎ Direct prospect visit out of the office, Visit apartment with a client for their satisfaction and queries.
∎ Attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Maintaining after sales official's formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare a deed of agreement and signing to the client. The successful candidate will also be responsible for signing up new buyers and sellers to add to the sales pipeline via Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with the group leader and another colleague. Generate new development deals for a real estate development company that focuses on multi family residential projects, including real-estate market analysis.
∎ The role will involve making phone calls, emails and scheduling/attending client meetings and offsite property viewings to sell available property to affluent and high-net-worth buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 2 years working in a professional sales role (mandatory)
∎ Preferred sales/client-service experience from the real-estate sector
∎ Ability to facilitate and lead property viewings, client meetings, match qualified buyers and sellers and close sales (pre-qualified leads are provided)
∎ Willing to travel to client sites and property viewings in Dhaka's premium suburbs e.g., Gulshan, Banani, Bashundhara and occasionally Dhanmondi (all travel costs are reimbursed)
∎ Must be fluent in both Bengali and English languages.
∎ Excellent client relationship management, communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft office and in-house CRM software
∎ Preferably the candidate will have a university degree in business, marketing or PR.
∎ Dress code: professional business attire (suit and tie) must be worn during all client meetings and property viewings (mandatory)
∎ Entrepreneurial and innovative business mindset and genuine interest in real-estate and sales.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Starting Salary of 30,000 BDT per month plus 20% commission on any sales/revenue collected.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary increase can be re-negotiated after 6-months after starting the role and depending on sales results and performance.
∎ Equity in company shares/options may be granted depending on exceeding performance targets.
∎ All travel costs and mobile phone bills are covered by BestBari.
∎ Competitive remuneration package including monthly salary plus 20% sales commissions based on sales/revenue generated is offered plus reimbursements for mobile phone calls and travel costs
