Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly revenue goals.
∎ Set sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
∎ Assist customers with order placement, payment issues, and delivery tracking.
∎ Provide clear updates regarding order status, expected delivery times, and shipping delays.
∎ Respond to inquiries through chat, email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media within the defined response time (SLA).
∎ Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
∎ Maintain deep knowledge of all products, sizing, pricing, materials, and availability.
∎ Identify common issues or complaints and suggest improvements to reduce them.
