Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular market visits to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
∎ Follow the Sales Team Leader's instructions and execute the sales plan.
∎ Research and establish leads to build and manage corporate relationships.
∎ Generate sales through phone or email communication.
∎ Propose and implement better sales strategies.
∎ Explain the features and benefits of software to customers for maximum utilization.
∎ Analyze competitors' products to identify market opportunities.
∎ Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
∎ Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales, client appointments, and customer complaints.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective reach to the target audience.
