Additional Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within interior design, home furnishings, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities & Context: Client Engagement and Relationship Building·
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and homeowners to establish ongoing business.
- Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to showcase our products and design solutions.
Sales and Business Development·
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present design proposals and product selections that align with client budgets and expectations.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Presentation·
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including materials, finishes, and customization options.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor products, and interior design standards.
- Provide clients with guidance on product selection and customization options to meet their specific needs.
Project Coordination·
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution from initial sale to final installation.
- Track orders and coordinate delivery timelines, keeping clients informed of progress.
Customer Service and Follow-Up·
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Address any client concerns and coordinate solutions promptly.
