We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the position of Outlet In-Charge / Assistant Outlet In-Charge to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.

The role will be responsible for managing outlet activities, supervising staff, maintaining product availability and display standards, handling cash and sales transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. The position also involves achieving sales targets, monitoring inventory levels, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

Job Purpose:

To ensure that store management is effective and efficient in accordance with applicable procedures in order to achieve increased sales, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of store targets set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with the staffing issues such as interviewing potential employee for the store, Grooming, Gesture/ Posture standard, assisting in the appraisals and performance reviews with the help of HR.

• Ensure the process of receiving goods & administration process runs properly.

• Manage the merchandise and display standards for the store/ outlet.

• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales of the outlet and also product wise.

• Oversee the store`s loading and unloading of goods into delivery vehicles.

• Supervise the stocktaking carried out according to procedures.

• Assure a neat working environment including an organized shop & warehouse.

• Verify the money deposited from the sale of merchandise to the branch finance via the bullet box on the DC delivery vehicle is aligned with the protocol.

• Manage the lost and damaged goods.

• Inform customers about ongoing promotional programs & events.

• Monitor & supervise services to improve the customer’s buying experience.

• Check the effectiveness of PB (Personal Best/top performance) according to the store needs and monitoring of store PKM (Personal Knowledge Management).

• Estimate the plan of the store cash budget & report the allocation to the superiors.

• Ensure that payment transactions for goods and services are fast and accurate, and always be friendly to customers.

• Ensure that the store & cashier administration follows company protocols.

• Conducting meetings with outlet management team as well as represent outlet in different meetings & discussions with higher management.

• Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential employee, Grooming, GST standard, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.

• Make sure that the team maintains the confidentiality of company information in compliance with the Information Security Management System policy.
