Responsibilities & Context:
Visit markets, shops, and business areas to identify potential sellers/clients
Onboard new vendors/sellers to the marketplace platform
Explain product/service benefits and marketplace features to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding compliance
Assist sellers in listing products and improving their sales performance
Follow up with leads and convert them into active sellers
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, marketing)
