Responsibilities & Context:

Adex Group is seeking for dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professionals to join our Sales Team as Assistant / Deputy Sales Manager, specializing in the sales of Transformers, Switchgears, and Busbar Trunking Systems in both the Utility and Industrial sectors.

We place particular importance on applicants who have a proven sales record in the Industry and Utility sector, with measurable achievements in securing and expanding business within these domains.

We strongly encourage applications from candidates who:

  • Have a proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the Industry and Utility sectors.

  • Possess strong connections with private utility sectors such as PWD, MES, WASA, City Corporations, and with Industrial/Commercial Construction & EPC firms.

  • Have in-depth market knowledge and a strong client network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Adex’s product portfolio.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and track emerging market trends to ensure sustainable sales growth.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Provide timely technical support and consultation to clients, addressing their queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports to clients and management.

  • Maintain focus and organization in a dynamic environment, adapting swiftly to changing priorities.

  • Use digital tools and reporting systems effectively for communication and tracking.
