We are a leading premium coffee company specializing in a diverse range of products, including capsule coffee, brewing machines, sachet coffee, ground coffee, and coffee beans. As a Coffee Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales across all product lines, engaging with customers, and promoting our exceptional coffee experience. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual with strong communication skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and a genuine passion for coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell capsule coffee, brewing machines, sachet coffee, ground coffee, and coffee beans, ensuring customers understand the unique features and benefits.
  • Conduct on-ground market visits to generate leads, monitor trends, and provide insights for expanding the customer base and improving sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets across all product categories, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and the advantages of our coffee products and machines.
  • Utilize company-provided lead data to conduct cold calls, effectively generating new sales opportunities and expanding client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels, ensuring timely follow-up and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing methods, and product features to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
