∎ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media for lead generation and client management.
∎ Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local and regional market dynamics in hospitality and tourism.
∎ Personality: Energetic, customer-focused, and approachable personality with a drive to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Generation & Sales: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Secure bookings for the resort’s accommodation, events, and recreational services.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the client base.
∎ Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
∎ Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable sales while delivering excellent customer service.
∎ Reporting & Feedback: Regularly update management on sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions. Provide feedback to improve services and offerings.
∎ Event Sales: Work with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers to promote and sell the resort’s event services.
