Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive- Kazi Resort with 1 to 2 years of sales experience from any industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a relevant field is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote our services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Generating sales leads through on call , over email, social media through other various channels.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Provide feedback and insights for product or service improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, including daily and monthly updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share leads, strategies, and best practices.
  • Work with marketing and operations teams to meet customer needs effectively.
