- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for design and an understanding of bespoke furniture
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English and Bengali
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads and sales for iROKO's exclusive furniture line
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Present and promote iROKO’s furniture collections to interior designers, contractors, and individual clients
- Conduct sales visits and follow up on inquiries to close deals
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by collaborating with the design and production teams
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and update CRM systems regularly
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Stay updated on furniture trends and competitor activities to contribute to market strategies
