Education:

• Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, telemarketing, or client-facing roles will be considered an advantage
• Experience in IT services, software, SaaS, web development, digital marketing, or technology solutions will be highly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or sales pipeline management will be considered an advantage
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply for the Sales Executive position
• Candidates applying for the Senior Sales Executive position should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant B2B sales, business development, or IT services sales experience
• Must be willing to work from the office in Pallabi, Mirpur, Dhaka
• Must be willing to travel within Dhaka for client meetings and business development activities when required
GeekSSort is a growing technology company specializing in Software Development, Web Development, SaaS Solutions, Mobile Applications, UI/UX Design, E-commerce Solutions, and Digital Services.
We are currently expanding our sales team and hiring for the following positions:
• Sales Executive – 5 Positions
• Senior Sales Executive – 2 Positions
Both roles will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth. The level of responsibility will vary based on experience and position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, email outreach, inbound inquiries, and field activities.
• Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, presentations, and consultations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology and digital solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
• Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
• Manage sales opportunities from prospecting to deal closure.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and requirement documentation.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
• Conduct market visits and business development activities when required.
• Achieve assigned sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Sales Executive:
• Handle high-value B2B sales opportunities.
• Manage complex negotiations and deal closures.
• Develop strategic business partnerships and referral channels.
• Support junior sales team members with sales processes and client management.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling.

Salary Range (Excluding Commission & Incentives):
• Sales Executive: Up to BDT 25,000 per month (based on skills, communication, and potential)
• Senior Sales Executive: Up to BDT 40,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and proven performance)
In addition to the base salary, attractive performance-based commissions, incentives, and bonuses are available for both positions.
