Experience:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and close high-value B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients locally and internationally
• Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documents
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
KPIs:
• Revenue generation and client acquisition
• Qualified lead generation
• Client meetings and sales presentations
• Proposal submissions and deal closures
• Conversion rates and pipeline growth
• CRM accuracy and reporting compliance
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or IT Services Sales
✔ Experience selling Software, SaaS, Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Technology Solutions
✔ Proven lead generation and deal-closing experience
✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Professional English proficiency
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and accountable mindset
