Key Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to enhance profitability.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

• Maintain and update customer databases, track leads, and manage follow-ups.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer demands.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and assist in campaign execution.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

• Generate sales activity reports, forecasts, and market analyses.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Stay updated on industry developments and market trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong telephone conversation and negotiation abilities.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, tele sales, or corporate sales.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and pricing analysis.
