Handle customer inquiries and orders via Facebook Messenger, voice messages, and phone calls• Convert inbound messages and comments into confirmed orders• Re-engage and convince existing/old customers to place repeat orders• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention• Maintain and follow up on customer relationships to maximize retention• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets as set by management• Maintain a polite, persuasive, and professional tone in all customer communication• Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements:• Female candidate, minimum HSC/Bachelor's (running or completed)• Prior experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce preferred• Excellent communication skills in Bangla (spoken and written); basic English is a plus• Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and concerns calmly and effectively• Comfortable handling voice calls and Messenger-based sales• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and persuasion skills• Patient, friendly, and professional attitude with customers

Handle customer orders and inquiries via text/Messenger• Enter and manage order data accurately in the order entry software• Manage and operate SheNova's Daraz store• Generate regular sales and performance reports• Understand and assist with product photography/camera angles for content needs• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets as set by management• Maintain accurate records using MS Excel• Support overall sales operations and coordinate with the team as needed
