Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through proactive efforts.Identify potential customers via online platforms, calls, referrals, and events.
∎ Initiate contact with prospects, present solutions, and close sales effectively.
∎ Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to drive conversions.
∎ Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Demonstrate IT/software products and highlight their value.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.
∎ Handle objections and apply value-based selling techniques.
∎ Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and document interactions.
∎ Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage leads and sales progress.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
∎ Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
∎ Address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
