∎ Babuland Ltd is the pioneer of the largest and fastest-growing chain of indoor playgrounds in the Children Amusement & Wellness sector of Bangladesh. Currently, we have 10 branches in Bangladesh serving over 100,000 Babulanders per month. In 2023 alone the company has 3X`ed its operations. Going forward, Babuland will 10X its operations within the next 5 years, within the borders of Bangladesh and also beyond to international territory.

∎ We are in search of a dynamic Sales Executive who is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling products to new and existing customers. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, customer engagement, and effective communication to achieve sales targets. The Sales Executive at Babuland Limited can contribute significantly to the company`s growth and success in the stationary products market.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customers through market research, networking.
∎ Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
∎ Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated timeframe.
∎ Utilize in-depth product knowledge to address customer needs and concerns.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in customer preferences.
∎ Identify potential partnerships or collaborations to expand business opportunities.
∎ Implement a variety of sales tactics, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue.
∎ Develop and execute promotional activities to increase product visibility.
∎ Clearly communicate product specifications, pricing, and any promotions.
∎ Submit regular reports to management detailing sales performance and outcomes.
∎ Monitor industry publications, attend relevant events, and stay informed about market trends.
∎ Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and stay aligned with company goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
∎ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
∎ Knowledge of the product or service being sold.
∎ Good negotiation and closing skills.
∎ Willingness to travel.

∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentive for reach sales target.
