∎ Honors/ BBA with major in Marketing/Sales or equivalent degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email for marketing of our products. Planning & organizing for different marketing activities.
∎ To formulate strategic plan to achieve growth and meet sales target.
∎ To plan & direct activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target.
∎ To develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability and market opportunities.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate with the corporate clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in ready mix industry will be highly preferable.
∎ Experience in sales and marketing at construction industries (materials like cement, rod, steel industries etc) & Good knowledge in sales will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales and Marketing, Corporate sales and other marketing areas.

Salary: Negotiable
