∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Preferably 1 year of experience in loan disbursement or deposit collection in a bank, NBFI, or MFI.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Selling SME Asset & Deposit products of the bank
∎ Achievement of individual business target of loan Disbursement and Deposit Mobilization, as decided by management time to time.
∎ Achieve individual Net Growth target of existing portfolio, as decided by management time to time.
∎ Visiting new business area and survey market for sustainable portfolio growth.
∎ Ensure the supreme satisfaction & services to the customers.
∎ Market survey to find new business potential.
