∎ Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Textile or Industrial Production.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Sales,B2B Sales
∎ Skills Required: After Sales Service, Business Communication, Business development, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, Due Collection

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B Sales, Industrial Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import

Job Context:
∎ Reporting to Head of Industrial Sales.
∎ Full-time & Regular - subject to 6-month probation period successfully completed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential Lubricant consumers in private, Govt., Semi-Govt. industries, projects and relevant markets.
∎ Maintain liaison with existing customers to retain and accelerate sales.
∎ Collect, verify, analyze and communicate consumption information from existing and potential customers for market exploration.
∎ With the support of Line Manager: generate new sales lead, facilitate sales, ensure timely delivery & collect payment within due time.
∎ Achieving periodical target & increasing the sales to further development.
∎ Submitting periodical reports & reviews before deadline.
∎ Keep regular communication and information updates on market, competitors, product and pricing.
∎ Resolving customer complaints on sales and after sales services.
∎ Participate actively in different official promotion, program & exhibitions.
∎ Ready to take new assignments enthusiastically and proactively as or when assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing & capable of regular visits to industries & potential customers all over the country.
