Experience:
Achieve assigned sales targets and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate effectively with all levels of the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, distributors, dealers, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer requirements, current market conditions, and competitors’ strategic movements to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and area-wise sales plans, projecting expected sales volumes for existing and new products.
Conduct frequent market visits to strengthen relationships and ensure sustainable and profitable business growth.
Monitor, maintain, and follow up on daily and monthly sales activities and reporting.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and expanding the existing customer base.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries related to product specifications, pricing, and availability.
Provide updated information to distributors and customers regarding new or improved products.
Implement sales strategies in alignment with company policies, vision, and mission.
Organize and conduct technical meetings and product awareness sessions with farmers, dealers, agriculturists, consultants, and relevant government authorities.
