Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate effectively with all levels of the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

  • Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, distributors, dealers, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze customer requirements, current market conditions, and competitors’ strategic movements to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and area-wise sales plans, projecting expected sales volumes for existing and new products.

  • Conduct frequent market visits to strengthen relationships and ensure sustainable and profitable business growth.

  • Monitor, maintain, and follow up on daily and monthly sales activities and reporting.

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and expanding the existing customer base.

  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries related to product specifications, pricing, and availability.

  • Provide updated information to distributors and customers regarding new or improved products.

  • Implement sales strategies in alignment with company policies, vision, and mission.

  • Organize and conduct technical meetings and product awareness sessions with farmers, dealers, agriculturists, consultants, and relevant government authorities.
