Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist DOSM & Sales Team to manage Day-to- Day Functions
∎ Handles Hunting telephone calls
∎ Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence in the absence of respective Sales Managers.
∎ Handles all incoming telephone and email enquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries.
∎ Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing contract rates for agents and Sales Managers on Corporate Rates.
∎ Established and maintains files and trace systems
∎ Attends weekly Sales & Operations Meeting, and any other Meetings related to Sales & preparation for the Meetings.
∎ Prepare daily morning briefing reports for Director of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Prepare and submit month-end report to DOSM for review
∎ Handle Sales inquiries in absence of DOSM & Sales Managers
∎ Assist Marketing Team in ensuring that Resort’s official website is updated regularly with relevant news/information
∎ Assist Marketing team for boosting Facebook Post, email campaign, Direct Mail of all promotional materials.
∎ Answer Facebook Messenger query
∎ Assist Marketing in Preparing GIFT Voucher
∎ Handle Social Media Management for the Resort.
∎ Must know MS Office and have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
∎ Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established policies.
∎ Maintains professional business confidentiality.
∎ Maintain master database of the Resort & other sister properties
∎ Prepare productivity of Sales Managers, and Reservation Team, by monthly for Monthly Account Review by DOSM.
∎ Need to know IDS, CRS system and to get all report from the System.
∎ Analyses sales mix, Competitors' Activities that impact on hotel goals.
∎ Participate in the daily briefing, weekly meetings, and fortnightly Operations meetings and prepare reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership qualities and high sense of integrity, sincerity, and reliable person problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent spoken and written English skills
